1. Interactions between DNA and graphene. My work involve both experimental and theoretical analysis. We are using NAMD molecular dynamics simulation software. The theoretical analysis involves binding energy calculations and structure optimization.
2. Self assembly of bimolecules on materials (Graphene). My work involve both experimental and theoretical analysis. We are using NAMD molecular dynamics simulation software. The theoretical analysis include implementation PMF calculations using, ABF (Adaptive Biasing Force), US (Umbrella Sampling), REUS (Replica Exchange Umbrella Sampling). Structure optimization and experimental results analysis.
